Well, the lack of financials
could be a problem because that means your teams aren't signing anyone (and likely are releasing players). Adding together the guys your teams are releasing to the players that are retiring and you may have more players leaving the league each year than the ammy draft is bringing in. I'm not sure what the best solution is...maybe turn financials on but make them extremely low or increase the ammy draft rounds. You might just have to examine the teams fairly closely to see how they are losing players before you know what action to take to fix it.
