This same sort of thing has been happening with my league. Japanese players given Western Hemisphere photos. Some players are getting photos but the majority are not. And it doesn't seem like the Japan folder is working right. Heck, I have a Russian player with Hideki Matsui's photo. And a South Korean player with Brett Myers photo.
