PWBL Opening

The PWBL World Champion Cardinals are now vacant due to the owner's loss of internet access. We are a very active historical league set in, currently, 1947 using a modern financial setup. The main focus of the league is realism. We just completed the World Series and will be proceeding with arbitration this coming Friday.

This is a great opportunity if you are interested in historical leagues and want to win, a lot, right now. The Cardinals won 105 regular season games and defeated the Yankees in 6 games. Just some of the players you will be taking over...

Hitters
Hank Greenberg, .313, 54, 168 NL MVP

Erv Dusak, .294, 22, 79, 32 SB
Stan Musial, .343, 21, 110
Roy Cullenbine, .336, 19, 108, 31 SB
Enos Slaughter, .361, 9, 95

Pitchers
Howie Pollet, 25-10, 3.36 ERA
Harry Brecheen, 26-9, 3.52 ERA NL Cy Young

Fred Martin, 15-5, 3.03 ERA
Murray Dickson, 19-9, 3.91 ERA
