NOBL - Few Openings in a long running league

It always seems to happen this way, you expand and then a few owners leave..well NOBL (www.nobl.net) is back w/ a few openings to fill.

Contact Jon at Commish@nobl.net if interested in discussing any of our openings

First about the league:
- Fictional 24 team league
- 3 sims a week alternating 7/8 games
- In 2013 Playoffs, been simming since 2001 in OOTP
- This is the same NOBL from the mid 90's using FPS...untill we switched over to OOTP in 2001.
- Financials on - 85 million dollar cap
- Active trading, but not hyperactive so you will see 15-20 deals in a season on average
- Most GM's have been in NOBL for a long, long time or know each other from other leagues so we all generally get along and are a very mature and respectful gm base

Open Teams
Seattle Mariners - 100-62 - AL Wild Card Team, a couple years removed from a NOBL Championship. Has a strong mix of veteran All-Stars and top prospects. In a very tough division but has enough talent to be highly competitive for years w/ good management

Kansas City Royals - 112-50 - AL Central Champ. Arguably the best team in NOBL. GM stepped down to spend more time w/ his family. Has one of the best rotations ever seen in NOBl and a great lineup to go with it. Beyond that the Royals have a farm that will keep feeding them talent for years

Pittsburgh Pirates AL East (2nd place) 80-82. One of the better hitting teams in theleague that would have easily won there division if they had any real pitching depth beyond there ace Dalton Weight. This team needs some TLC, but is in a division that is on a down cycle and should be able to be competitive next season as well.

Minnesota Twins (likely to be relocated to Arizona or San Francisco) NL Midwest 72-90. A team in need of rebuilding. Has a good OF and some decent young hitters/pitchers, but this GM wiill need patience and creativity to find a way to bring the Twins back to where they used to be.
