To stress the player agent feature we use. You simply submit bids on the messageboard and the player agent (former owner) uses a super secret formula to decide if the player will sign with you. It's quite unique and has worked out well thus far.
Also, I will eventually be the commish in this league once the regular season hits, so don't apply if you are some kind on pansy or can't take more two punches to the groin.
