If voters has long term memory issues then yes.
So yes.
As for whether he's a HOF ya he's borderline. He's short on the big marks (seven of 500HR, roughly 500 on hits, and .13 on BA), that would almost guarentee him a spot in the Hall. He'll need a weak class to get in.
