Hey I know where that is!!!! The Staten Island Yankees Ballpark! I remember that site before the ballpark was out there. Nothing but parking lot area and pier area used by the S.I Ferry.
I grew up in Staten Island. That is right near the SI Ferry along Richmond Terrace.
My family still lives on S.I (I currently reside in New Jersey). I remember a time when S.I. was often referred to as the "Forgotten Borough". We've come along way....
