When managing a minor league team. I get players promoted and demoted daily. usually the same guys up and down over an over. Barring injury, shouldn't the rosters stay relatively stable unless a guy is just tearing things up or sucking? I know right before the draft (if in season) movement should occur to make room for draftees, and the september callup period should create a lot of change, but some of the minor moves should go away.

Also, having a playoff minor league team stripped in September irks me. I wish that parent club would let us finish before grapping our best players.
