For player photos, if they're in the right folder they should show up automatically. Stadiums you have to set up in-game. Place the graphics in the correct place, and then either create a new stadium or edit an existing one and set its in-game picture to whichever one you are looking for.

Hopefully someone can explain the stadium thing a lot better than I did, I was really vague just because I'm not looking at the game right now and I can't remember exactly how it's done.
