I have no idea if these have been altered in the WIPs, but there seem to be some weird ideas on baseball quality.

Whilst Spain is "non-existent", those well renowned baseball hotbeds of Bulgaria and Armenia are rated "fair"

Now whilst I have no idea how it was worked out, it seems some countries are rated too highly in the default list, and some are rated too lowly.
