Perhaps related to pinch hitting bug, but different...

Using the latest WIP patch:

I, of course, ran into the same bug where a pitcher can stay in after a pinch hitter. As someone also said, the same thing happens for position players: pinch hit for the left fielder, and he can also stay in the game.

I have a new bug, though. Perhaps related, but different, hence the new post. Hopefully you can follow this description:

Not wanting to mess up my game or stats, I manually went to the substitutions screen after pinch hitting for my pitcher. I also happened to pinch hit for my left fielder in that same inning. My LF had been hitting 8th, and my pitcher 9th. So, I had to simply replace my LF & P.

I moved the man that had pinch hit for the P into LF (he was my only remaining outfielder), so that left only the 8th hitter still as "PH". That's the slot where I wanted to put my new pitcher. So, I dragged the name of my new pitcher to the "Pitcher" section (on the right - because it still had the name of my "old" pitcher there). Well, it replaced the pitcher ok, but it put him into the #9 slot by default! So, now I still had the #8 slot occupied by the "PH"... and still was missing a LF. I was out of OF's, so I was forced to play him in LF even though he was a SS!

I apologize if you feel this is the same bug already reported. I think it's a little different, though, so that's why I posted new.

Hopefully these new bugs with the subs get squashed soon. It does make the game very difficult to play, and that's unfortunate because this is such a great game! Thanks!
