You guys that think every UFC fight is a "quick kill" have not watched enough MMA. At the last UFC event, there was exactly one fight where one combatant got the advntage and quickly finished the other. The vast majority of MMA fights feature give and take. As far as classic, dramatic battles, going back as little as one month on June 24 on Spike TV, there was such a match between Kendall Groves and Ed Herman.

Off the top of my head, fights to watch that will be as good as any boxing match:

Randy Couture vs Pedro Rizzo I

Forrest Griffen vs Stephan Bonnar

Ivan Salaverry vs Andrei Semenov

Robbie lawler vs Aaron Riley

Matt Serra vs Shonie Carter

Pele vs Carlos Newton

Murilo "Ninja" Rua vs Mario Sperry

Wanderlei Silva vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson II

Matt Hughes vs Frank Trigg II

Caol Uno vs Joachim Hansen

Diego Sanchez vs Nick Diaz

Joe Stevenson vs Luke Cummo

Bob Sapp vs Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira

Wanderlei Silva vs Hidehiko Yoshida I

Mauricio Rua vs Antonio Rogerio Nogueira

Allistair Overeem vs Chuck Liddell

That is just scratching the surface of great MMA.
