Too often people accept silence is equivalent to customer satisfaction. More often than not it means the customer is profoundly disappointed and he/she doesn't think what they say matters. Nothing worse than asking how your product is and all they say is "It's fine."
Clearly, and fortunately, that is not a problem for the OOTP customers. We will tell the developers what sucks and what rocks. In fact, in a little informal survey with a google search, I have found that searching for:
"OOTP Sucks" returns 72 results.
"OOTP Rocks" returns 357 results.
