I'm sure people see all the UFC fights to get their money's worth since a # of their bouts are over so quickly.

UFC is the hot new thing so sure it's going to have people jumping on that bandwagon but will it stand the test of time? That remains to be seen.

Loved how the writer picked some of the negative stories in boxing lately.

I don't doubt Shane's fight Sat. wasn't a must see attraction in Vegas. It was their 2nd fight this year. Now if Shane vs. Floyd or Floyd vs. Oscar wouldn't be a sellout crowd, yes, then I could see trouble for boxing.

Here's a scoop for the anti boxing writers. I'll bet the PPV #'s won't be great for Rahman's HW defense next month. Probably won't be a sellout either. Then those people can take another shot @ boxing claiming it's on the way out.
