OK, I downloaded the world template number 2 tonight and have gotten 2 scheduling errors when trying to create my universe. Went back found the two league with the odd number of games scheduled in each and made them even. Restarted my universe and it just stopped at 93% (creating schedules) I am not sure what is wrong. something very similar happened to me too. i also corrected odd numbers and then hangs on 83% of scheduling
