This is the second of two quick questions about OOTP2006.

2. Have I found a bug/issue?

When playing as manager for a minor league team, I've noticed a few times when my pitching staff (thorugh transactions controlled by the major league parent team) has fewer than 5 starters (in some cases as little as one or two) and I'm forced to use middle relievers to start games. I've also noticed that if a pitcher is injured, he remains in the rotation -- even if out for the season -- and is never added to the DL. Nor is another pitcher called up to replace him, even if there are now an insufficient number of pitchers in the rotation.
