It would be nice to have this fixed, if it really does work that way. Having to keep those teams full of players all year round kinda defeats the purpose of having them, you know?

Actually the game will sim right up until the first game of any team that does not have enough players to play. And then it will stop at that day until that team has enough players on it to field a team
