Bramble goes to third, then goes Home - SAFE - Throw is made to Boerkens who is trying to stretch a double into a triple and is thrown out at 3rd. That should end the game and inning with Bramble at home not counting and the Game log says so.
"Bottom of the 9th over - 1 runs!!! , 3 hits, 0 errors, 0 left on base."
But look at the Box Score below; it says in the ninth they score 2 runs and it continues on into extra innings. Even though the PBP at the time of play says Birmingham wins 7-6 the game continues counting the runner who made it home during the OUT at third.
I checked the rules of baseball and the run home on the out to third should not have counted.

Actually IRL as long as the run scores before the runner is tagged out it does count. If Boerkens was tagged out before the Bramble crossed the plate then it would not have counted. Not sure what rule you are looking at mabye post a link?
This is the line that is in error, not the way the game scored the play.
Bottom of the 9th over - 1 runs, 3 hits, 0 errors, 0 left on base.
It should read "Bottom of the 9th over -
2 runs, 3 hits, 0 errors, 0 left on base."
