There are a few things regarding the minors setup I might suggest though. Feel free to ignore any or all of it, as most of it won't matter to most people:
The Texas League is actually divided into North and South divisions. North = Arkansas, Springfield, Tulsa, Wichita. South = Frisco, San Antonio, Midland, Corpus Christi.
The Southern League is actually divided into North and South divisions. North = Chattanooga, Carolina, West Tenn, Tennessee, and Huntsville. South = Montgomery, Mississippi, Birmingham, Mobile, Jacksonville.
Midwest League - Quad City should actually be Quad Cities.
In the Sally League, Kannapolis should be in the Southern Division, and Greensboro should be in the Northern.
In the NY-Penn League, State College and Williamsport are in the Pinckney Division. Also, Mcnamara should be McNamara.
Pioneer League - The Provo Angels should be the Orem Owlz.
Appy League - Greenville should be Greeneville.
The Appy and Pioneer Leagues are rookie leagues, but are at a higher "level" than the GCL and AZL. I guess there's no way to make that distinction in OOTP though. It's weird for me to see the Reds affiliate in the GCL listed before the Pioneer league affiliate, but I could get over it.
The AZL seems to be missing the Padres team. I would rename the Arizona League Teams to "AZL Whatevers."
The GCL seems to be missing the Indians team. They are in the North. I would rename the GCL teams to "GCL Whatevers." The divisions are actually called "North, East, and South." (yeah, that's really nitpicky!)
