I control 1 team, the other 9 are computer run. The two 'questionable' teams are both computer teams.

I wasn't using commissioner mode initially. I turned that on and tried filling the empty AA team from the 146-player Rookie team, but on the next day, the computer moved the AA players back to Rookie again.
