Of course that's right about the AI. I'm not a programmer, but it seems if the AI is improved for the current trading format, it would also be improved for a trading block. Isn't a trading block just a different way of sorting sets of players established by the AI? i.e. it's a filter that shows every player in the league that is valued equal to or greater than the player you're looking to unload. Maybe I'm wrong.
Doesn't matter at this point - looks like there's no way the block will be back until 2007.
