Thanks for linking the email address. I was running behind to pick up my kids and wasn't having much luck finding an applicable support link at ViaTech's website.

I was able to find the key entry in the Vista registry, but no luck at all finding out if there is an executable launch file for the applet. If/when I find out more I'll post back.
