With Vista all bets might be off... they might not have a workaround yet, but I would definitely email them your name , email address, name of game and ask them if they can help you with Vista OS.
Since it is in beta still, they would be able to tell you more about it. Good luck with the Vista eLicense issue. Please post more info as you get it so we can have it for reference!
