This is a great file if you don't feel like going the "Nations" file and changing all the nations to resemble modern day baseball quality by country. I just edited each country to try and model the modern trend of which direction baseball is going by country.

For example:

Ghana, Brazil, & Argentina won't be participating in baseball as well as alot of others that were in the original default file. The overall country ratings are real vague in OOTP. So you might get more players from Aruba than Panama but you don't want as many Panamanians as Mexicans, Canadians, or Japanese.

I grabbed all the info from Baseball-Almanac.com and WILL make your league have a more realistic feel...Also you can always go in and change it how you see fit. Oh yea, backup your original file just in case!

If anyone wants to throw this on their website, feel free.

I put together a few screens so you can see how each country was rated.
