Does anyone know if the new patch has improved the importing from 6.5?

I know some stats won't transfer, but is it realativly stable now? I would like to just import my career and go from there. How hard is it to import and then continue on as simple as it is in 6.5? Do you have to setup leagues or change settings, etc..?
