- Added the ability to load & save world setups as templates during game creation

This addition alone will make the release of this patch a Red Letter Day. No more hours-long "create-a-thons" that only go to waste each time you setup a new universe. Gracias, with a capital "G", for this one!

#1609 - Pages with scrolling lists now remember where you were when you leave the page and return

Very Cool! This is definitely one of the most irritating aspects of the game, especially when returning to pages that contain long lists. Thanks!

#1938 - fixed problems with foreigner limit rule

Outstanding! I stopped using foreigner limits altogether in my leagues because of this bug.

Markus, as always, has come through in the clutch for us. The man is indefatigable & never disappoints.
