That's just it. I'm talking about
unaffiliated leagues. That means they are parent leagues. If you have an unaffiliated AA league, as far as I can tell, it's not possible to get it to behave like a real unaffiliated AA league. For a good chunk of baseball history, the minors were unaffiliated. Right now, OOTP doesn't quite simulate that well. It would work if MLEs did not affect potentials.
