Using the MAL quickstart, I made some offers in the second offseason, but I needed to quit for a bit. When I reloaded the game, all my offers I had made seem to have disappeared. I have no news on the offers that hadn't been answered before I closed, so they didn't reject them or consider them. I simulated for a week to be sure and nothing.
