It's all opinion, especially on first glance at real speed. I've been wrong occasionally
. I probably see the challenge as a little heavier than you did (on the replays I think he caught his leading foot mid air while running, which brought him down, not just brushed his shin). I also think from the replays that Adebayor was running and fully upright at the time, not looking to go down.
