The North American Regional Baseball League is looking for owners. This league is just starting off. The website is up but not yet finished it will be finished by the end of the weekend. This is a fictional baseball league using OOTP2006. The owners are required to own the game. Once we get enough owners, everyone will get together and draw up rules for the league.
