IMO Mogul has always been kind of a joke of a game and I d/l the demo this year ONLY because OOTP was released so late. I ended up purchasing and playing and enjoying the game, there were quite a few cool things in there.
If comparing this years mogul to all years past this was far and away the best mogul game I have ever played.
Having said all that mogul is child's play compared to even OOTP3 - it has its' place but by no means would mogul ever capture my time and attention the way OOTP has in the past.
