4. When you click on a player, it gives you the option to switch scouts, you are seeing the default scouting report. It will explain it in the guide, you should see something about NISA(I believe teh default scout is called, just change it to your scouts name)
5. Sometimes it takes years to develop baseball players, if he has talent of 20 and actual contact of 5, he should be in A or AA ball to start, you will start seeing progress
6. Yes, u can remove your license from one computer and transfer it to another at any time
7. Your computer should be fine as it, should be no need to use the external drive
8. You are correct, that game is very ambitious. Markus has a very good track record of "getting it right". I cant answer the question, I just have a good feeling it will get fixed up soon enough
9. As for your question about the pitcher, I havent seen anything to where leagues would make a different. 6 mill is still a pretty large contract. My guess is he a good but not GREAT pitcher so he is only asking for 6 mill. Great question.
