I have installed the patch...

In the Team screen under the Roster, Pitching, Lineups, and Depth Charts Tab the layout is as follows:

Views, Filter, Position, Stats Scope, Scouting

The Bug that I am having an issue with is when I select the Scouting drop down it pops out the drop down for the Splits.. ie... instead of having choices such as SISA, Scout X, Scout y, etc... the choices are Overall, January, February, etc...

I have attempted to quit the game and re load to see if this will correct itself and was unsuccessful. Attached are two pictures that illustrate the issue:
