I'd say Pujols is very overrated and should be talent wise around a Neifi Perez type hitter, with a high injury rating.
(his injury rating will probably be VERY low, considering I think the oblique is a freak injury and he's played what, 5 years without any real problems?)
Now Kerry Wood on the other hand... its too bad that 200 is the maximum rating allowed.
