I don't know how credit cards work over there, but I have credit cards that typically use US$, but I can (and do) buy things from Europe (Like Football Manager) that quote the price in Euros. The credit card bank does the currency conversion and charges my account the appropriate number of dollars based on the current exchange rate.

I would think that as long as they will accept your particular card, you shouldn't have a problem paying for the game.
