And, I think you are taking TINSTAAPP further than they did. They wanted some publicity and came up with a phrase. But, they consistently rank pitchers among their top "prospects," (e.g., Lariano, Felix, Cain, Petit [ranked too high], Verlander, etc.) thus making clear that they, too, understand what the hell they are talking about.
