What those numbers mean is that, if you have the force start day option enabled, is that the game will start the schedule on the first Sunday on or after March 27 of a given year. This means that each season should always be starting on the same day of the week and thus all the series will fall on the appropriate days of the week.

If you don't force the day of the week start, the season should always begin on the specified date (March 27 in this instance). Since the day of the week for a given date changes each year, this means your series will slide through the days of the week as the seasons progress.

Now, you've forced the weekday start to something other than what the file wants (1=Sunday, 2=Monday, 3=Tuesday, etc.). Now, without knowing your schedule firsthand, maybe you have a Sunday start game, or maybe it's supposed to be Monday and the wrong number is used in the file.

Anyway, hopefully gmo will be along to offer more insight. He's more familiar with the technical nitty-gritty of the settings than I am at the moment.
