I just finished the amature draft and thought I would pop into free agency, see what's around.

I'm finding some awfully good players available. For example I signed my now #4 ranked prospect on a minor league deal. There were also 5 other players that I signed that are legitimate prospects. These players were much better then the players in the draft after about round 4 or 5, so they aren't draft remnants (I used a 25 round draft).

Why are these players appearing - and how can I stop them from appearing?
