2 Questions:

1) How do you warm up a reliever in the bullpen? I may be missing the obvious, but I can't find the option anywhere?

2) Also, whenever I pinch hit for my pitcher or do a double swap it then shows the hitter or fielder in the pitching log part of the box score. It also shows the pinch hitter having 1 game pitched in their pitching stats. Is this a bug or am I doing another thing wrong?
