Yes, the league settings can be adjusted to your liking. Again, I don't remember what the default is, but if you want more or less offense than you can just adjust the league modifiers. I generally test sim a few seasons to see if I like the results (copy the lg file first).

There age does vary a bit, so I'm guessing the former. Overall, a very interesting league file. Do you think there would be any issues importing it into ootp2006 or are you planning on updating the file for the new version?
