The flags folder is missing six flags

NAU
MIS
KIR
MIC
PAU
TUV
WSH

Oops, that's seven, isn't it.
The need to be 20 pixels by 12 pixels, and PNG.

Attached are some examples from CIA World Fact Book 2005. They dont test good when I resize and use. That's because I am a novice when it comes to graphics.
