What's the difference? WIth each you get an artificial gain through dubious means. For 10.8 Million, 6 staff x 1.8 million each to purchase their Brilliant rating, every team that is paying attention will acquire a perfect staff. Does this sound normal? Plausible? Does it help the teams who are rebuilding for everyone to have a perfect staff. Sounds like your league should play with coaches/staff turned off if the GM's can't handle a normal distribution of coaching talent.

If you would pay more than $1.8 that's great. We used the payscale above since that is about what those coaches had been signed for in the league. The attempt was to simulated a market-driven salary since the benefits would be the same.

I appreciate the feedback, even if it is OPS driven.
