There is a tremendous difference in the two. Editing players, who develop over time, is a delicate situation. Editing coaches (openly), so that teams going through rebuilding can focus their money on the development of their youth is something else entirely.
If you would pay more than $1.8 that's great. We used the payscale above since that is about what those coaches had been signed for in the league. The attempt was to simulated a market-driven salary since the benefits would be the same.
I appreciate the feedback, even if it is OPS driven.
