NGBL: 3 Teams Available (NYA, LA, PHI)

After some belated spring cleaning, the NGBL has three immediate openings.

The New York Yankees were on the cusp of returning to greatness, before a seasons worth of hasty trades and neglect left the team without their young core. There's still a good amount of talent to work with, and the right owner should be able to guide this team back into contention soon enough.

The Philadelphia Phillies are a solid young team with several buddng superstars who have the assets in place to compete for the NL East for seasons to come.

Finally, the Los Angeles Dodgers are a first place NL West team -- despite the lack of active ownership. Like the Phillies, Los Angeles features several young players on the brink of stardom, and are ready to win now.

About the League
The "Next Generation Baseball League" (NGBL) was formed under the concept of owners picking current teams and then simulating 10 years into the future to give the league a fictional feel, yet also preserving the MLB roots. Nearly four calendar years and 16 seasons have now passed since the inception of the league and the fictional players are almost in full swing giving the league it's own unique personality. We have since expanded to 32 teams and continue to make changes to improve the league. The league features an incredibly active ownership base that is serious about baseball, but also not afraid to let loose and have alot of fun.

We currently have 3 opening as the 2027 season gets underway. Now would be a great time for an owner to start so he could get in there and make some immediate changes!

League Features:

- League established August, 2002

- Currently Running OOTP 6.12

- Heavily customized website (http://nexgenbaseball.com) that takes BOSI v2x to the extreme

- Marketing revenue split equally among the leagues 32 teams

- Coaches / Scouts turned to OFF.

- RFA: All players 3.0 stars or greater with minimal loyalty (4.5 stars for MRs) will be exposed to a "restricted free agency" type process. These players will be exposed to open bidding, but the current team will also be given a chance to match the winning contract. For anyone tired of leagues that don't have elite players hitting the market should find this very appealing.

- Australian Fall League (AFL): This league gives teams a chance to send their prospects to play baseball in the fall. Teams are eligible to earn points to help "fill out" their player's ratings.

- United Asian League (UAL): The NGBL has come to an agreement with the United Asian League. This agreement will allow a limited number of UAL players a chance to play in the NGBL. All UAL Free Agents with a minimal loyalty will be permitted to negotiate with NGBL ballclubs. If the NGBL ballclub submits an offer greater than a UAL ballclub, the player sticks in the NGBL.
