Victory League is a largely fictional league peppered with MLBers in the midst of its ninth season of play. The
New Orleans Clowns just lost their owner, so we're looking for a new one. An expansion team two years ago, they are getting primed to burst onto the scene as a major contender in the coming years. They currenly have the #4 minor league system, including the #3 prospect in all the league, starting pitcher
Alfonso Guajardo. On top of it, if the season ended today, they would have the third overall pick in next year's amateur draft. They are in excellent financial shape as well. This is a team that a committed owner could turn into a champion in a matter of a few seasons.
