Why?

In the beginning of this new player card the ratings box "extended" farther than the bio box making it look out of balance. Now "with regard to non-pitchers" they are both the same width but the stacked info-bio box is taller than the ratings box. So again, we have an out of balance situation.

Personally, I would have preferred that the ratings box be above the info-bio box (like it always was). However, I'm for making them the same width. The ratings should be above everything else IMO.

And BTW, I dislike all this domination of the color green. Having been around PS since almost the beginning, I'm more challenged now with this new version regarding upgrades/downgrades in the program than ever before. However, if I can "re-skin" what I don't like I'll be happy. If not, that will my problem.

I thought you disliked complaining. I like you, Bill, and your skins for PureSim are awesome, but you DO nitpick, at least to my mind, about scoreboard fonts, text boxes, colors and positions. I do give you credit that you didnt like it, so you modded it yourself. You have a right to suggest, complain and offer, but it seems to be only you complaining about this stuff and to say, "whats the big deal? Markus can change it in his sleep" is a little too demanding. Though, as a teacher, I understand how you are a "visual" learner, so the balance is important. But lets get it done, then see how it plays.
Driving both to be better. We all win then. BTW, I suggest go read my latest rant at PureSim about the "width of the text/numbers" displays in OOTPBM2006.

While this new OOTP "interface tree" is very nice, it often produces screens that are very tiring on the eyes. Why -- the width of the text/stats. They need more "white space" and shorter columns. You couldn't read a newspaper if they were designed like this. Even Gutenberg knew that.
