I decided to go into my latest replay and pull out a season to compare to the actual league totals. My league started in 1962 and I am now in 1991. I decided to go into the almanac and check 1973, the 12th season of my replay. Here are the results:

Like I said, triples can be a problem (definately related to the changes Marcus made to 3B in V6) but the other categories fall well within the +-5% range that the ERA Calculator strives for. I also have not had to replay a single season in this replay for any of the other categories falling outside the acceptable range. I for one can live with the triples being off at times as long as all the other categories are acceptable.
