Here's the Chicago logo ... I took some liberty to present the nickname "Nighthawks" as a an F-117 stealth bomber, a.k.a., "Nighthawk". The jet entrail coming out of the "s" on "hawks" creates a stylized "C", yep, "C" as in Chicago.
The colours may not be exactly what you wanted, but the more royal blue and gold seem to be a bold match.
