If one changes the league totals (# of HR's, # of hits, etc.) in the league
setup say to all 0's--how does this overall effect league results over a
given season? I know that OOTP 2006 like version 6 uses aspects of
DIPS theory and logic to determine results and outcomes.

I always been a little bit confused about what the league totals actually
effect and do even since I started playing (OOTP 2). Thank you.
