Last year there were 7 players from Victoria on the team, is this because the team didn’t have enough players. The field looks nice; it is to the east of the industrial park right?

Attached .txt file to earlier post. The .doc file is too big (~450K) to upload. Email me on

As for the rest:
1) Australian Provincial Roster
Any player from the ACT and NT or anyone who plays in a non metro competition is eligible for the team. In addition the team can select two players from metro leagues to supplement the roster. In the case of Victoria, their winter league is run by the provincial association and not the VBA. As such virtually every player that plays in Melbourne is eligible for the provincial team.
Moving forward, the ABF has changed the selection criteria to allow the provincial team to have first choice on NT and ACT players, and then may select the best of the rest from all the other states. From now on, players will not have to fulfill this provincial/country affiliation requirement. The team may even change names to something like Australia development.
2) Baseball Park location
On the eastern side of Nicholson Road just south of the intersection with Roe Hwy.
3) State League stats for WA players and others
